Very fine and even-grain spruce tops and nicely flamed maple back, sides and neck are the hallmarks of the R31A viola.
The GVC setup includes and upgrade to Thomastik Dominant or Vision strings as well as a carbon fiber tailpiece with integrated fine tuners.
