Yes. You can switch from the 1st year to the Premier at any time. After a year, when the equity accrual drops to 20%, we will send you an invitation to switch. All your equity from hte First Year will roll into your new Premier contract and equity will continue to grow at the Premier rate of 2/3 of rental payments. You cannot switch from a Premier contract to a 1st Year contract.
