All payments taken on the website are processed through third-party, PCI compliant, processors (currently Stripe and Paypal). These vendors retain 100% control of the credit cards and Vermont Violins has no access to this information.

Pre-Orders

The pre-orders are subject to the availability of products from the original brand. The amount paid for pre-orders is non-refundable (Order Cancellation for Pre-Order Cases will lead to 60% refund from the final amount). No two offers can be combined with pre-orders. Pre-orders do not include shipping charges.

Musafia Cases

All Musafia case orders are final. No cancellations. No Refunds.
