Vermont Violins’ on site service at Meadowmount has concluded. Students are welcome to utilize the Meadowmount Student discount for supplies purchased on our Webstore, with shipping to Meadowmount or homes in homes in the USA. Thank you and enjoy the duration of the summer!

WELCOME TO VERMONT VIOLINS

Vermont Violins is proud to serve the students of the Meadowmount School Of Music this summer (June 26 - August 11, 2023).

We will be on site to assist students on Weds 6/28 & 7/5 from 9 - 1. Walk ins are welcome, but we need three reservations in advance to come over and we will leave when our work is completed, so please bring your work to us as early as possible. Most work will be done on-site and no instruments will be taken to our workshop without owner’s permission.

A limited number of free loaners will be available to students. Vermont Violins will endeavor to return the finished projects the following day (not guaranteed).

All work must be paid for prior to pick up by credit card, check or cash. Repairs are calculated at $110 labor rate and $10 on site charge will be accessed to each project.

While On Site, we can perform many tasks to keep your instrument working well. These include, as examples: seam closings, new bridges or adjustments, new soundposts or adjustments, peg lubrication or replacement, fingerboard dressing, clean and polish, sound adjustments. Bows can be rehaired, tipplates replaced and leather wraps installed. Strings can be changed. We can help with larger repairs too, though we may need to bring these projects back to our workshop in South Burlington.
